Typically domestic delivery takes approximately 2-3 business days and international deliveries may take 3-14 business days or longer depending on the destination.

  5. Tracking: After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your delivery to check the status of your order in real time.


Return Policy:

  1. Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MoreThanPerfume.com. If you are not satisfied with an item or would like to make an exchange, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the item.

  2. Return conditions: To ensure a smooth return, please note the following conditions:

    • The returned items must be unused , undamaged and in the original packaging.
    • For hygiene reasons, perfumes and cosmetics can only be returned if the original seal is intact.
    • Please include a delivery note or a copy of the invoice with the return so that we can process your return quickly.
  3. Returns Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at office@morethanperfume.com, our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you in organizing the return and provide you with further instructions.

  4. Refund: Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will issue a refund of the purchase price. Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method used to place the order. Please note that refunds may take a few business days to process.
